For example, it does not notify me when I have new mail unless I open the mail app. Last time, the mail notifications will show up in my windows lock screen and also pop up in my banners. I have tried re-enable notifications in the mail app as well as in the settings of notifications in windows Besides, I have try reset, uninstall and reinstall the mail app again.

However, I still facing the same problem. Dree want the mail notifications back on my lock screen, and banners even when I did not open up the mail app to check the new emails.
